You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time. Choose whichever is easiest:
Option 1 – In the app
Open the app → Profile → Delete account → confirm.
Option 2 – On this website
Sign in with the same Google account you used to order, then confirm.
Option 3 – Ask us
If you can no longer sign in, contact us at the contact details shown in the app from the email or phone number on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address and phone number
- All saved delivery addresses
- Your sign-in sessions and notification (device) tokens
- Your read/unread offer history
What we keep
- Past orders (items and amounts) are kept for our accounting and tax records, anonymised: your name, phone, address and notes are removed.
Good to know
- An account can't be deleted while an order is still in progress. Wait until it is delivered or cancelled.
- Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. You can always sign up again later as a new customer.
