This policy explains what personal information i8 Commune BY RUBAISH ("we", "us") collects when you order food through our mobile app (com.pixaclated.oms) or our website (i8commune.com), why we collect it, and the choices you have. We deliver in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and payment is cash on delivery or at pickup.
1. What we collect

We do not collect your precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or any card or bank details. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell your data.
2. How we use it
- To accept, prepare, deliver and track your orders.
- To contact you about an order.
- To send order notifications and, if you allow notifications, promotions and offers.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
3. Who we share it with
- Google – sign-in (Google Sign-In) and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Apple – if you sign in with Apple.
- Our hosting provider – our servers (HostGator) store the data above.
- Our staff and delivery riders – see your name, phone number, address and order so they can fulfil it.
- Authorities, only when required by law.
4. How long we keep it
Account details and saved addresses are kept until you delete your account. Order records are kept for our accounting and tax records; when you delete your account they are anonymised (your name, phone, address and notes are removed, only the amounts and items remain).
5. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Sign-in tokens are stored hashed on our server. Access to order data is limited to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
6. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account and data – in the app (Profile → Delete account), on the website (delete-account page), or by contacting us. See the deletion page for details.
- Edit your details – in the app or website Profile and Addresses screens.
- Notifications – turn them off any time in your phone settings.
7. Children
Our service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
